Synthetic presentation of scientific and technical information results corresponding to the second phase of the project: design and carrying out of the SCADA system; design of the e-LAC-DSS informatic system; description of the techniques for the pro-active operation in the basin; conception of mathematical models for water source management, propagation of flood waves, their attenuation and the behavior of accumulations as well as the conception of a simplified mathematical model for the Jijia basin.
